WHAT DOES RETIARIUS MEAN IN POLISH?

retiarius

Retiarius - type of gladiator fighting with the net and trident. His only protection was the left shoulder cover and the arm made of metal or leather belts, sometimes with scaly skin. Behind this shoulder pad, he could retract his head if necessary. There was also a dagger to fight the necktie, which he could knock down a fallen opponent. He usually fought with a saboteur armed with a shield and a sword.
