Veto

Veto

Veto, in Law, is the opposition of a body, person or authority, which has this competence, to a valid decision issued by another, which prevents this deliberation from producing legal effects. It is used, especially, in constitutional law, meaning the denial of sanction by the head of the executive branch to the law elaborated by the legislative power.
