Aval, third party or one of the signatures in the policy undertakes the value of the bonds according to the provisions of mutual responsibility. Aval, Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, 700-702. . Aval is a kind of mutual bail peculiar to exchange bills. One may be among the cirantas, as well as by making a bid for one or several of the signatures of the senate, making the senary more assured. If there is a bond beneath the avalanche, the policy will be null and void if it does not have the quality of exchange bills due to the lack of formal conditions. A person who is given a vote in favor of the same reason is, in fact, not a debt owed to aval. On the other hand, even if the policy is invalid for any other reason other than the reasons related to the shape, the contractor is the carer. For example, even if the person granted in favor is ineffective, it is valid. If the bearer is not paid the debtor, he may apply to the jury, cirantralara or aval. In all cases, the legal requirements for the application will have to be respected.

Aval, üçüncü kişinin ya da poliçede imzası bulunanlardan birinin müteselsil sorumluluk hükümlerine göre senet bedelini üstlenmesi. Aval, 6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu'nun 700-702. maddelerinde düzenlenmiştir. Aval kambiyo senetlerine özgü bir tür müteselsil kefalettir. Bir kimse cirantalar arasında yer alabileceği gibi, senette imzaları bulunanlardan biri ya da bir kaçı için aval vermek suretiyle de senedi daha teminatlı bir hale getirebilir. Aval senede bağlı bir kefalet olduğundan poliçe, şekil şartlarındaki noksanlıktan dolayı kambiyo senedi olma niteliğine sahip olmadığı takdirde hükümsüz olur. Aynı nedenle lehine aval verilen kişi, gerçekte senet borçlusu değilse de aval hükümsüzdür. Öte yandan poliçenin şekle bağlı nedenler dışında başka sebeplerle geçersiz olması halinde dahi aval verenin taahhüdü caridir. Örneğin lehine aval verilen kişi ehliyetsiz olsa bile, aval geçerlidir. Hamil, borç ödenmediği takdirde keşideciye, cirantalara ya da aval verene başvurabilir. Her durumda, müracaat için gerekli yasal şartlara uyulması gerekecektir.
