Ordino is an order or instruction which is prepared in order to ensure that the goods written in the Consignment can be withdrawn part way. Ordino aynı zamanda eski 1615 sayılı Gümrük Kanununa göre konşimentoya karşılık eşyanın çekilmesi için talimat idi,.Ancak 2000 yılında yürürlüğe giren 4458 sayılı Türk Gümrük Mevzuatı zorunlu uygulamasına göre ordino kaldırılmış yerine konşimentonun ibrazı esası getirilmiştir.Buna göre Türkiye Gümrük Bölgesine getirilen ithal eşya gümrüğe tabi olduğundan varış limanında taşıyan tarafından gönderilene değil de teslimi zorunlu makam olan Gümrük İdaresine -gönderilene teslim edilmek üzere -teslim edilir .
