Pathological physiology
Pathological physiology is a section of medicine that studies patterns of the origin, course and outcome of a disease in humans or animals; the physiology of the diseased organism. The main method of pathological and physiological research is an experiment. Comparison of experimental data with the results of observations on patients provides an opportunity to develop practical recommendations.
