Bengbu
Bengbu City (Pinyin: Bèngbù), referred to as mussels, old for the port, Po Po, alias Pearl City, is the People's Republic of China Anhui Province under the jurisdiction of a prefecture-level city, an important hub city of Anhui Province, northern Anhui business center and Processing and manufacturing center and post and telecommunications command and dispatch center. Bengbu is located at the southern tip of the North China Plain Beijing-Shanghai Railway and Huainan Railway intersection, Huaihe River through the city, near Fengyang, Nanjing. As the Bengbu region rich in ancient mussels, hence the name "Pearl City". At the beginning of 1947 Bengbu City, directly under the Anhui Province, Anhui Province is the first city of prefecture-level city, provincial cities (AD 1947).
