Electricity
Electricity is a physical phenomenon caused by static or moving charges. In nature, the mechanism of electricity gives a lot of well-known effects, such as lightning, friction, electrostatic induction, electromagnetic induction and so on. In the discussion of "electricity", the following important basic concepts are often used: ▪ Charge: the nature of some subatomic particles. This nature determines the electromagnetic interaction between them. Charged material will be affected by external electromagnetic field, at the same time, will generate electromagnetic field. ▪ Electric field: an effect caused by charge. The charge at other locations will feel the electric field force due to this effect. ▪ Potential: The ability of the electric field to make electricity to the charge, usually in volts. ▪ Current: The movement of charged particles, usually in units of amperes. ▪ Electromagnetic field: The charge (current) in motion generates a magnetic field; the changing magnetic field generates a current. Electric field and magnetic field together constitute the electromagnetic field. ...
