Fuerzas Armadas
Las fuerzas armadas de un país son su defensa patrocinada por el gobierno, las fuerzas de combate y las organizaciones. Existen para promover las políticas exteriores y domésticas de su cuerpo gobernante y para defender ese cuerpo y la nación que representa de agresores externos e internos. En términos generales, los términos "fuerzas armadas" y "militares" son a menudo tratados como sinónimos, aunque en el uso técnico se hace a veces una distinción en la que las fuerzas armadas de un país pueden incluir tanto a sus fuerzas militares como a otras fuerzas paramilitares.
