Un barítono es un tipo de voz clásica de canto masculino cuya gama vocal se encuentra entre el bajo y los tipos de voz tenor. Es la voz masculina más común. Originalmente del griego βαρύτονος, que significa sonido profundo, la música para esta voz se escribe típicamente en el rango de la segunda F por debajo de la media C a la F por encima de la media C en la música coral, y de la segunda A por debajo de la media C a la A por encima del centro C en música operística, pero se puede ampliar en cualquier extremo.
