En general, las declaraciones de opinión o intención no son declaraciones de hecho en el contexto de la tergiversación. Si una parte reclama conocimiento especializado sobre el tema discutido, entonces es más probable que los tribunales sostengan una declaración de opinión por esa parte como una declaración de hechos.
