Monismo
El monismo es la visión filosófica de que una variedad de cosas existentes puede ser explicada en términos de una sola realidad o sustancia. La amplia definición establece que todas las cosas existentes se remontan a una fuente que es distinta de ellas. Una definición restringida y comúnmente usada del monismo afirma la presencia de una sustancia o esencia unificadora. Hay que distinguir "monismo de cosas" de "monismo de cosas".
