Subvención

Una subvención es una forma de apoyo financiero o en especie extendida a un sector económico en general con el objetivo de promover la política económica y social. Aunque comúnmente se extiende desde el Gobierno, el término subsidio puede relacionarse con cualquier tipo de apoyo - por ejemplo, de ONGs o subvenciones implícitas. Los subsidios vienen en varias formas incluyendo: directa e indirecta. Además, pueden ser amplias o estrechas, legales o ilegales, éticas o no éticas. Las formas más comunes de subvenciones son las del productor o del consumidor.
