Una cama solar, cama de bronceado o bronceador es un dispositivo que emite radiación ultravioleta para producir un bronceado cosmético. Las camas de curtido regulares utilizan varias lámparas fluorescentes que tienen mezclas de fósforo diseñadas para emitir UV en un espectro que es algo similar al sol. Las camas caseras más pequeñas del bronceado del hogar tienen generalmente 12 a 28 lámparas de 100 vatios mientras que los sistemas encontrados en salones de bronceado pueden consistir de 24 a 60 lámparas, cada uno de 100 a 200 vatios. También hay camas de bronceado de "alta presión" que generan principalmente UVA con algunos UVB usando lámparas de cuarzo altamente especializadas, sistemas reflectores y filtros. Estos son mucho más caros, por lo tanto menos utilizado. Una cabina que broncea es similar a una cama que broncea, pero la persona se coloca mientras que broncea y la salida de energía típica de cabinas es más alta.
