Video desagradable
El video desagradable fue un término coloquial en el Reino Unido popularizado por la Asociación Nacional de Espectadores y Oyentes para referirse a una serie de películas distribuidas en video cassette a principios de los años 1980 que fueron criticadas por su contenido violento por la prensa, comentaristas sociales y Varias organizaciones religiosas. Estos videoclips no fueron presentados ante la Junta Británica de Censores de Cine, que podría haber censurado o prohibido muchas de las películas, debido a una laguna en las leyes de clasificación cinematográfica. Como resultado, esto produjo un exceso de videoclips potencialmente censurables, lo que llevó al debate público sobre la disponibilidad de estas películas para los niños debido a la naturaleza no regulada del mercado.
