Jol - tipo de velero de doble cara utilizado principalmente en yates de vela de tamaño mediano. Un velero con un mástil principal cerca del centro de la boya, y un mástil residual, muy pequeño de aproximadamente 1/3 de la tubería principal, ubicado lejos de la popa. Debido a la gran diferencia de mástiles, esta unidad también se conoce como "medio maratón". Jol lleva una vela inclinada en ambos mástiles. Zmiany konstrukcyjne w projektowaniu nowych żaglowców coraz bardziej zacierają różnice pomiędzy poszczególnymi typami jachtów – w tym przypadku są to tendencje do jak największego przedłużania KLW w celu zmniejszenia oporu falowego.
