Lisp

Lisp: una familia de lenguajes de programación con una larga historia y sintaxis característica. Diseñado por John McCarthy en el MIT en 1958. El primer intérprete Lisp fue una implementación de la función eval realizada por el alumno de McCarthy, Steve Russell. Lisp es el segundo lenguaje de programación de lenguaje de más alto nivel en uso. Al igual que Fortran, Lisp ha sufrido numerosos cambios a lo largo del tiempo. También hay muchos dialectos. Los más populares de hoy son tres: Common Lisp, Scheme y Clojure. Lisp fue creado como una notación matemática conveniente para programas de computadora, basada en la cuenta lambda creada por Alonzo Church. Rápidamente se convirtió en el idioma preferido para la investigación y el desarrollo de la inteligencia artificial. Deriva muchas técnicas de programación, como estructuras de árbol, memoria basura, tipado dinámico y nuevos conceptos en programación orientada a objetos. Powstało również wiele jego dialektów. Dziś do najpopularniejszych należą trzy: Common Lisp, Scheme i Clojure. Lisp powstał jako wygodna matematyczna notacja dla programów komputerowych, oparta na rachunku lambda stworzonym przez Alonzo Churcha. Szybko został najchętniej wybieranym językiem do badania i rozwoju sztucznej inteligencji. Wywodzi się z niego wiele technik programistycznych, takich jak struktury drzewiaste, odśmiecanie pamięci, dynamiczne typowanie czy nowe koncepcje w programowaniu obiektowym. Nazwa Lisp pochodzi od LISt Processing. Podstawową strukturą danych w Lispie jest lista; kod źródłowy programów w Lispie składa się z list.
