Frottement en laiton
Le frottement en laiton était à l'origine un enthousiasme largement britannique pour la reproduction sur des briques monumentales en papier - plaques de laitons commémoratives trouvées dans les églises, généralement à l'origine sur le sol, entre les 13ème et 16ème siècles. Le concept d'enregistrement des textures des choses est plus généralement appelé faire un frottement. Maintenant, la plupart des caoutchoucs en laiton achètent des rouleaux de papier spéciaux en matière veloutée noire lourde et les crayons sont en argent ou en or.
