Microscopie
La microscopie est le domaine technique de l'utilisation de microscopes pour voir des échantillons et des objets qui ne peuvent être vus à l'œil nu. Il existe trois micros bien connus de microscopie: optique, électronique et microscopie de sonde de balayage. La microscopie optique et électronique implique la diffraction, la réflexion ou la réfraction des rayons électromagnétiques / électrons interagissant avec l'échantillon et la collecte ultérieure de ce rayonnement diffusé ou d'un autre signal afin de créer une image. Ce processus peut être effectué par irradiation à large champ de l'échantillon ou par balayage d'un faisceau fin sur l'échantillon. La microscopie de sonde de balayage implique l'interaction d'une sonde de balayage avec la surface de l'objet d'intérêt. Le développement de la microscopie a révolutionné la biologie et reste une technique essentielle dans la vie et les sciences physiques.
