Une raquette est un service qui est offert frauduleusement pour résoudre un problème, comme pour un problème qui n'existe pas réellement, ne sera pas affecté ou n'existerait pas autrement. La conduite d'une raquette est une tentative de rage. En particulier, le problème potentiel peut être causé par le même parti qui offre de le résoudre, bien que ce fait soit caché, avec l'intention spécifique d'engendrer un mécénat continu pour ce parti.
