Le doigt blanc de vibration (VWF), également connu sous le nom de syndrome de vibration main-bras (HAVS) ou doigt mort, est une forme secondaire du syndrome de Raynaud, une blessure industrielle déclenchée par l'utilisation continue de machines vibrantes à main. L'utilisation du terme «doigt blanc vibratoire» a généralement été remplacée par une utilisation professionnelle par un concept plus large de HAVS, bien qu'il soit encore utilisé par le grand public. Les symptômes du doigt blanc vibrant sont la composante vasculaire du HAVS. Le HAVS est une maladie industrielle largement reconnue qui affecte des dizaines de milliers de travailleurs. Les lésions peuvent se produire à des fréquences comprises entre 5 et 2000 Hz, mais le risque le plus élevé est compris entre 50 et 150 Hz.
