Ural

Oural - chaîne de montagnes en Russie. C'est un fragment de la frontière entre l'Europe et l'Asie. Il va vers le sud de la mer de Kars au nord de la partie centrale de l'Oural dans le sud. La longueur de bande est plus de 2000 km, largeur 40-150 km. Le plus haut sommet est Narodnaja avec une hauteur de 1894 m n.p.m. L'Oural est une colline à chevrons pliée. Les parties supérieures des montagnes sont composées principalement de roches métamorphiques et magmatiques. Les couches inférieures sont constituées de diverses roches sédimentaires. L'Oural est divisé en: ▪ Oural polaire - de la Baie du Bon jusqu'à la source de Chulga; sculptures alpines très étroites et hauteur jusqu'à 1499 m n.p.m. ▪ Sous-polaire de l'Oural - lasotundra et toundra, dans les plus hautes montagnes des Alpes et petits glaciers, altitude jusqu'à 1894 m ▪ Nord Oural - vers les montagnes Oslanka; crée de nombreuses bandes parallèles avec des pics arrondis, hauteur jusqu'à 1617 m n.p.m. Oural central - à la rivière Ufa; fortement aplati et réduit à 1119 m n.p.m. ▪ Oural du Sud - vers l'Oural; Un vaste massif avec de nombreux chais jusqu'à 1640 m d'altitude.

Ural – pasmo górskie w Rosji. Stanowi fragment umownej granicy między Europą i Azją. Ciągnie się w kierunku południkowym od Morza Karskiego na północy do środkowego odcinka rzeki Ural na południu. Długość pasma wynosi ponad 2000 km, szerokość 40-150 km. Najwyższym szczytem jest Narodnaja o wysokości 1894 m n.p.m. Ural jest fałdowym górotworem hercyńskim. Wyższe partie gór zbudowane są głównie ze skał metamorficznych i magmowych. Niższe warstwy zbudowane są z różnorodnych skał osadowych. Ural dzieli się na: ▪ Ural Polarny – od Zatoki Bajdarackiej do źródeł Chułgi; bardzo wąski łańcuch o rzeźbie alpejskiej i wysokości do 1499 m n.p.m. ▪ Ural Subpolarny – lasotundra i tundra, w najwyższych partiach gór rzeźba alpejska i małe lodowce, wysokość do 1894 m ▪ Ural Północny – do gór Oslanka; tworzy liczne równoległe pasma o zaokrąglonych szczytach, wysokość do 1617 m n.p.m. ▪ Ural Środkowy – do rzeki Ufy; mocno spłaszczony i obniżony do 1119 m n.p.m. ▪ Ural Południowy – do rzeki Ural; rozległy masyw z licznymi południkowymi łańcuchami o wysokości do 1640 m n.p.m..
