Motel

Le motel est un hôtel en bordure de route, principalement sur les longues routes. Dans les années 1920, les mots "moteur" et "hôtel" ont été formés. Cela signifie un hôtel construit sur des routes fréquentées pour accueillir ceux qui voyagent avec des véhicules à moteur, garer leurs voitures et répondre à d'autres exigences. Surtout après l'augmentation des véhicules à moteur, il a commencé à se multiplier près des autoroutes. Le premier motel a été construit en 1925 par le Motel Inn de San Luis Obispo, en Californie, par Arthur Heineman.

Özellikle motorlu taşıtların artmasından sonra otoyollara yakın yerlerde çoğalmaya başlamıştır. İlk motel 1925 yılında Motel Inn of San Luis Obispo, Kaliforniya'da, Arthur Heineman tarafından kurulmuştur.
