Cestui que / sɛstwi keɪ /, anche cestuy que, è una versione abbreviata di cestui a que use le feoffment fuit fait, letteralmente, "La persona per la cui utilità è stata fatta la fecondazione". È una frase francese della frase dell'invenzione inglese medievale, che appare nelle frasi giuridiche come la fiducia, l'uso, o la cestui que vie. In inglese contemporaneo la frase è comunemente pronunciata "setty-kay" o "sesty-kay". Secondo Roebuck, l'uso di questo tipo viene pronunciato come "yoga settico". L'uso di questo tipo e la fiducia sono più o meno termini intercambiabili. In alcuni materiali medievali, la frase è considerata come una cravatta. L'uso di questa cesta è la persona a vantaggio della quale è creata la fiducia. La fiducia è la persona che ha diritto ad un equo, al contrario di un patrimonio legale. Quindi, se è concesso un terreno all'impiego di A in fiducia per B, A è cestui que trust, e B trustee, o utilizza. Il termine, principalmente a causa della sua ingombrante natura, è stato praticamente sostituito dalla legge moderna da quello del "beneficiario" e dalla legge generale dei trust.
