La legge di Graham ", nota come legge di effusione di Graham, è stata formulata dal chimico fisico scozzese Thomas Graham nel 1848. Graham trovò sperimentalmente che il tasso di effusione di un gas è inversamente proporzionale alla radice quadrata della massa delle sue particelle.
