Nella musica, una quindicesima o doppia octave, abbreviata a 15ma, è l'intervallo tra una nota musicale e un'altra con un quarto della lunghezza d'onda o quadrupla della frequenza. La quarta armonica è due ottave. È indicato come un quindicesimo perché, nella scala diatonica, esistono 15 note tra di loro se si contano entrambe le estremità. Due ottave non fanno un sedicesimo, ma un quindicesimo. In altri contesti, probabilmente verrà utilizzato il termine due ottave.
