Stampa offset
La stampa offset o la stampa offset web è una tecnica di stampa comunemente utilizzata in cui l'immagine inchiostrata viene trasferita da una piastra ad una coperta di gomma, quindi sulla superficie di stampa. Quando viene utilizzato in combinazione con il processo litografico, basato sulla repulsione dell'olio e dell'acqua, la tecnica offset impiega un supporto di immagine piatta su cui l'immagine da stampare ottiene inchiostro dai rulli inchiostro, mentre la zona di stampa non attrae un'acqua , Mantenendo le aree di stampa non inchiostrate. Il processo "web" moderno alimenta una grande bobina di carta attraverso una grande macchina da stampa in più parti, tipicamente per diversi metri, che poi stampa continuamente mentre viene alimentata la carta.
