Le isole Pitcairn, denominate ufficialmente il gruppo delle Isole Pitcairn, sono un gruppo di quattro isole vulcaniche dell'Oceano Pacifico meridionale che formano l'ultimo Territorio Britannico d'Oltremare nel Pacifico.
