A Prusik / prʌsɪk / è un attacco di frizione o un nodo usato per mettere un ciclo di corda attorno a una corda, applicato in arrampicata, canyoning, alpinismo, speleologia, salvataggio in corda e da arboristi. Il termine Prusik è un nome per entrambi gli anelli di corda e l'attacco, e il verbo è "a prusik". Più casualmente, il termine viene utilizzato per qualsiasi attacco di attrito o dispositivo che possa afferrare una corda. La parola è spesso errata come Prussik, Prussick o Prussic, in quanto è un omofono con il termine acido prussico.
