Retorica
La retorica è l'arte del discorso, un'arte che mira a migliorare la capacità degli scrittori o degli oratori di informare, persuadere o motivare un pubblico particolare in situazioni specifiche. Come oggetto di studio formale e di una pratica civica produttiva, la retorica ha svolto un ruolo centrale nella tradizione occidentale. La sua definizione più conosciuta viene da Aristotele, che lo considera una controparte della logica e della politica, e lo chiama "la facoltà di osservare in ogni caso i mezzi disponibili di persuasione".
