アルファキモトリプシンタンパク分解酵素の一種。 目の水晶体と毛様体（毛樣體）を接続するティーン小隊（小帶）を分解して、若者の白内障手術などの、まだティーン小隊が強い水晶体を完全術（全摘術）を行う際に使用される。 目の中の他の組織にも作用するため、使用後すぐに目の中で洗って流すことが必要である。 術後一過性に眼圧上昇を引き起こす場合が多い。 알파키모트립신 단백분해효소의 일종. 눈의 수정체와 모양체(毛樣體)를 연결하는 틴소대(小帶)를 분해하고 젊은이의 백내장수술 등의, 아직 틴소대가 강한 수정체 전적술(全摘術)을 행할 때에 사용된다. 눈안의 다른 조직에도 작용하므로 사용후 바로 눈안에서 씻어 흘려 보내는 것이 필요하다. 수술후 일과성으로 안압상승을 일으키는 경우가 많다.
