Weekly Watan은 말레이시아의 말레이 언어 신문으로, 1987 년에 라용 (Lalang) 작전을 마친 후 한 번 금지되었습니다. 2008 년 8 월 1 일에 내무부에서 발행 허가를받은 후 2008 년 8 월 16 일 전국에 신문이 다시 배포되었습니다.이 신문은 타블로이드 . 1987 년에 금지되기 전에 매주 수요일과 토요일에 Karangkraf Group Sdn Bhd가 Watan으로 발행했습니다. 1988 년 금지 된 1 년 후에,이 언론의 제작자에게 출판 라이센스가 재발행되었습니다. 판매 부족으로 인해 1996 년 출판이 중단되었습니다. Weekly Watan은 Wan Bahador Wan Ismail과 Rosli Abul Zarim이 소유 한 Naluri Teratai Sdn Bhd에 의해 출판됩니다. Wan Bahador는 Watan의 초기 신문을 다루는 기자 중 한 사람이었습니다. 언론의 편집장은 Zabidi Said입니다.
