इंग्रजी मध्ये LEASE म्हणजे काय?
लीज
भाडेपट्टी एक संपत्तीचा वापर करणा-या पट्टादाताला देय देण्याची मागणी करणारा एक करार आहे. मर्यादित टर्म भाड्याने कराराचा वापर मालमत्तेची मूर्त मालमत्ता सांगण्यासाठी वापरला जाऊ शकतो. वापरलेली भाषा अशी आहे की वापरकर्ता जमीन किंवा वस्तू मालकाला देऊन किंवा भाड्याने दिली जाते. क्रियापद पट्टे देणे हे तंतोतंत तंतोतंत आहे कारण यापैकी कोणत्याही कृतीचा संदर्भ घेता येतो. अमूर्त मालमत्तेसाठी लीजचे उदाहरण म्हणजे संगणक प्रोग्रामचा वापर, किंवा रेडिओ वारंवारता वापरणे. टर्म भाड्याने देण्याचा करारनामा देखील काहीवेळा आंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तरावर आणि युनायटेड स्टेट्सच्या काही भागांमध्ये नियतकालिक भाडेकरूच्या कराराचे वर्णन करण्यासाठी वापरला जातो.
