इंग्रजी मध्ये PELAGIC म्हणजे काय?
पेलॅजिक झोन
समुद्र किंवा तळाशी असलेले कोणतेही पाणी तळाशी किंवा शेजारील नजीक आहे असे म्हटले जाऊ शकते हे पेलॅजिक झोनमध्ये आहे. पेलॅजिक हा शब्द प्राचीन ग्रीक πέλαγος, ज्याचा अर्थ "उघडा समुद्र" आहे. पॅलाजिक झोनचा विचार काल्पनिक सिलेंडर किंवा पाण्याचा स्तंभ ज्याच्या साहाय्याने समुद्राच्या पृष्ठभागावरुन खाली होण्यापासून केला जातो. पाणी पातळी खाली स्थित परिस्थिती बदलते; दबाव वाढतो, तापमान कमी होते आणि कमी प्रकाश असतो खोलीवर अवलंबून, पृथ्वीच्या वातावरणास जसे पाणी स्तंभ, विविध स्तरांमध्ये विभागले जाऊ शकते. पेलॅजिक झोनमध्ये 1,330 मिलियन क्यूबिक किलोमीटर अंतरावर 3.68 किलोमीटर आणि जास्तीतजास्त 11 किलोमीटरच्या अंतराने व्यापलेली आहे. पिलागिक झोनमध्ये राहणारे मासे हे पेलेगिक मासे म्हणतात. वाढत्या खोली सह Pelagic जीवन कमी आहे प्रकाश तीव्रता, दबाव, तपमान, खारटपणा, विरघळलेला ऑक्सिजन आणि पोषक तत्वांचा पुरवठा, आणि पाणबुडीचे स्थलांतर यामुळे त्याचा परिणाम होतो. खोल पाण्याने, पेलॅजिक झोनला काहीवेळा ओपन-महासागर असे म्हटले जाते आणि कोस्ट जवळ किंवा महाद्वीपीय शेल्फ वर असलेल्या पाण्याशी विसंगत होऊ शकते.
