Compeer, Inc. adalah organisasi antarabangsa yang bukan bertujuan untuk membantu orang mengatasi kesan penyakit mental melalui kuasa persahabatan. Program pengasas Compeer telah ditubuhkan di Rochester, New York pada tahun 1973 oleh Bernice W. Skirboll. Ia adalah program berasaskan sukarela di mana sukarelawan lelaki dan wanita sukar untuk menghabiskan masa dengan orang dewasa atau remaja yang menerima perkhidmatan kesihatan mental.
