Dogma adalah prinsip atau set prinsip yang ditetapkan oleh pihak berkuasa sebagai tidak dapat dipertikaikan benar. Ia berfungsi sebagai sebahagian daripada asas utama sistem ideologi atau kepercayaan, dan ia tidak boleh diubah atau dibuang tanpa menjejaskan paradigma sistem, atau ideologi itu sendiri.
