Meritokrasi adalah falsafah politik yang memegang kuasa yang harus diberikan kepada individu hampir secara eksklusif mengikut "merit" yang ditunjukkan pada usia dini. Meritocracy is a political philosophy which holds that power should be vested in individuals almost exclusively according to "merit" demonstrated at an early age.
