Physiognomy adalah penilaian watak atau keperibadian seseorang daripada penampilan luarnya, terutamanya wajahnya. Istilah ini juga boleh merujuk kepada penampilan umum seseorang, objek, atau rupa bumi, tanpa merujuk kepada ciri-ciri tersiratnya, seperti dalam fisiognomi komuniti tumbuhan.
