FALTS n 1) Menggabungkan lembaran logam lembaran dengan tepi lipat bersebelahan. 2) Potong di pinggir sekeping (papan, jubin, dan lain-lain) supaya ia dapat disambung dengan sekeping yang lain (yang sama). 3) Pisau digunakan dalam penyamakan untuk meratakan ketebalan kulit. 4) Tang bentuk khas yang digunakan untuk menarik pada sisi kasut kasut. FALȚ ~uri n. 1) Unire a foilor de tablă prin îndoirea marginilor alăturate. 2) Tăietură făcută pe marginea unei piese (scândură, țiglă etc.) pentru a o putea uni cu o altă piesă (de același fel). 3) Cuțit folosit în tăbăcărie cu care se uniformizează grosimea pielii. 4) Clește de formă specială folosit la tragerea pe calapod a fețelor încălțămintei.
