Atelectasis
Atapaza jest definiowana jako zwinięcie lub zamknięcie płuc co powoduje zmniejszenie lub nieobecność wymiany gazowej. Może dotyczyć części lub całości jednego płuca. Jest to stan, w którym pęcherze są odsłonięte, w przeciwieństwie do konsolidacji płuc.
