Membranę chorioalantyczną - zwaną chorioallantois lub skrótem CAM - jest błona naczyniowa znaleziona w jajach niektórych amniotek, takich jak ptaki i gadki. Powstaje w wyniku połączenia dwóch warstw mezodermalnych dwóch struktur rozwojowych: allantois i chorion. U ssaków struktura ta tworzy łożysko. Trzy różne warstwy tworzą membranę chorioalno-mózgową; nazywane są to nabłonka kosmówkowego, mezenchymy i nabłonka omoczniowego. Między komórkami nabłonkowymi w warstwie kosmówkowej znajdują się naczynia krwionośne i zatoki, umożliwiające bliski kontakt z powietrzem znajdującym się w porach membrany powłoki jajka. W wyniku tego membrana chorioalno-mózgowa umożliwia wymianę gazów, takich jak tlen, na rozwój embrionów. Podczas embrionalnego rozwoju ptaków membranę chorioalno-mózgową odgrywa również istotną rolę w tworzeniu kości, transportując wapń do zarodka z skorupy jaj. Błonki choreoalloantoiczne z rozwijania jaj kurzych są rutynowo stosowane w badaniach biologicznych i biomedycznych w celu zbadania rozwoju, angiogenezy, nowotworów, a także do rozprzestrzeniania i badania wirusów lub łajdaków.
