Entasis
W architekturze entasis polega na zastosowaniu wypukłej krzywej do powierzchni dla celów estetycznych. Najbardziej znanym zastosowaniem są w pewnych rzędach klasycznych kolumn, które lekko się krzywizują, gdy ich średnica maleje od dołu do góry.
