Prokura
Prokurykcja jest czynnością dbającą o, a tym samym zarządzanie, zarządcą, agencją. Słowo stosuje się do organu lub władzy delegowanej do prokuratora lub pełnomocnika, a także do wykonywania takiego zwierzchnictwa, wyrażanego często przez zamawianie, lub krótko na pro lub po prostu p.p. Zwykłe użycie każdego przelewu następuje w listach biznesowych, które często są podpisywane w imieniu innej osoby. Na przykład, biorąc pod uwagę sekretarza upoważnionego do podpisania listu w imieniu prezesa firmy, podpis ma formę: p.p. Imię Przewodniczącego Sekretarza Podpisu lub Prezydenta imienia p.p. Powodem tego jest to, że znaczenie wyrażenia na procurationem jest niejasne, jeśli jest używane z niewykorzystanymi nazwami angielskimi. Procuratio odnosi się do słów "pro" i "cura". Jest więc blisko sensu "agencji" - aktorstwo zamiast kogoś.
Definicja słowa procuration w słowniku
Pierwszą definicją prokury w słowniku jest akt zamawiania. Inną definicją prokury jest mianowanie agenta, prokurenta lub pełnomocnika. Procuracja jest także urzędem, funkcją lub autorytetem takiego urzędnika.
