Minimalizacja (psychologia)
Minimalizacja jest rodzajem oszustwa polegającego na zaprzeczeniu w połączeniu z racjonalizacją w sytuacji, gdy całkowite zaprzeczenie jest niewłaściwe. Jest to przeciwieństwo przesady. Minimalizacja - obniżenie znaczenia wydarzeń lub emocji - to wspólna strategia w odniesieniu do poczucia winy.
