A habilidade motora fina é a coordenação de pequenos movimentos musculares que ocorrem nas partes do corpo, como os dedos, geralmente em coordenação com os olhos. Em relação às habilidades motoras das mãos e dos dedos, o termo destreza é comumente usado. Quando aplicado à teoria da aptidão humana, isso é chamado de "destreza manual".
