Fluoresceína
A fluoresceína é um composto orgânico sintético disponível como um pó de laranja escuro / vermelho, ligeiramente solúvel em água e álcool. É amplamente utilizado como um marcador fluorescente para muitas aplicações. A fluoresceína é um fluoróforo comumente usado em microscopia, em um tipo de laser de corante como meio de ganho, em forense e sorologia para detectar manchas de sangue latente e no rastreamento de corantes. A fluoresceína tem um máximo de absorção a 494 nm e um máximo de emissão de 521 nm. Os principais derivados são isotiocianato de fluoresceína e, na síntese de oligonucleótidos, fosforamidite 6-FAM. Fluoresceína também possui um ponto isóstico a 460 nm. Fluorescein também é conhecido como um aditivo de cor. A forma de sal dissódico da fluoresceína é conhecida como uranina ou D \u0026 amp; C Yellow no. 8. A cor da sua solução aquosa varia de verde a laranja em função da forma como é observado: por reflexão ou por transmissão, como pode ser notado nos níveis de bolha em que a fluoresceína é adicionada como um corante ao enchimento de álcool tubo para aumentar a visibilidade da bolha de ar e a precisão do instrumento. Soluções mais concentradas de fluoresceína podem até parecer vermelhas.
