O QUE SIGNIFICA NEPHRIC EM INGLÊS
Rim

The Kidney: From Normal Development to Congenital Disease
One of the first mesenchymal-to-epithelial conversions that occurs results in
formation of the nephric duct (Saxén, 1987). This duct, which later in
development is called the mesonephric or Wolffian duct, differentiates into
portions of the male ...

Atlas of Chick Development
Each nephric duct (Text-Figure 44; Plate 50), like its kidneys, develops from the
intermediate mesoderm and is visible at about 30 h of incubation (stage 9).
During the next 30 h it lengthens steadily and fuses with the cloaca (Plate 104) at

Principles of Tissue Engineering
Regionalization of the mesoderm While formation of the nephric duct is the

Methods of Tissue Engineering
The embryos shown carry a Pax2 promoter driving the LacZ gene, and
expression is visualized by staining for beta-galactosidase activity. By the eight-

Essentials of Stem Cell Biology
Pax2/Pax8 double mutants have no evidence of nephric duct formation and do
not express the lim1 gene. Null mutants in lim1 also lack the nephric duct and
show reduced ability to differentiate into intermediate mesodermspecific

Robert Lanza, Anthony Atala,
2013
Although there are many genes that can affect the growth and patterning of the

Genetic Diseases of the Kidney
As the embryo elongates, the nephric duct extends caudally where it ultimately

Organogenesis of the Kidney

Molecular and Genetic Basis of Renal Disease
During its caudal migration the nephric duct induces three embryonic kidneys in
