GCE Nível Ordinário
O O Level é uma qualificação baseada em assunto conferida como parte do Certificado Geral de Educação. Foi introduzido como parte da reforma educacional britânica na década de 1950, ao lado do nível A mais profundo e academicamente rigoroso na Inglaterra, País de Gales e Irlanda do Norte. Inglaterra, País de Gales e Irlanda do Norte substituíram O Levels por exames GCSE e IGCSE em 1988. O equivalente escocês era o grau O. A qualificação O Level ainda é concedida pelos Exames Internacionais de Cambridge em locais selecionados, ao invés ou ao lado das qualificações do Certificado Geral de Certificado Geral de Ensino Secundário. No entanto, o Cambridge O Level já foi eliminado e já não está disponível em certas regiões administrativas, embora continue a estar disponível em outros.
