Física (do grego antigo: φυσική (ἐπιστήμη) phusikḗ (epistḗmē) "conhecimento da natureza", de φύσις phúsis "natureza") é a ciência natural que envolve o estudo da matéria e seu movimento através do espaço e do tempo, juntamente com conceitos relacionados como como energia e força. Mais amplamente, é a análise geral da natureza, conduzida para entender como o universo se comporta.
