Índice de refração
Na óptica, o índice de refracção ou índice de refração n de uma substância é um número adimensional que descreve como a luz, ou qualquer outra radiação, se propaga através desse meio. É definido como, onde c é a velocidade da luz no vácuo e v é a velocidade da luz na substância.
