Um empréstimo suave é um empréstimo com taxa de juros abaixo do mercado. Isso também é conhecido como financiamento suave. Às vezes, os empréstimos em condições favoráveis oferecem outras concessões aos mutuários, como os longos períodos de reembolso ou feriados de juros.
